Shipping & Returns

For Retail Customers
  • FREE shipping on orders over $300!
  • Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for items to be created. All personalized items are shipped out within 2-3 business days once completed.
  • All in stock items are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. This does not include preorders or specialty items. 
  • We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always email us.
  • If an order contains both a stock item and a personalized item, stock item will be held and shipped out with the personalized item.
  • FREE local pickup is available and you will be contacted to make arrangements once your order is ready. Any questions, please fill out the form below. 
  • All sales on personalized items are Final SALE unless there is a defect. 
  • All defects must be submitted for approval using the form below with pictures and must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your product. 
  • We will notify when you defect is approved and we will either replace the item or if design is no longer available, we will give you store credit only.
  • Stock items: Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
  • Stock items: Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
